Ushaw College rests within 400 acres of traditional Durham countryside less than 4 miles from Durham's historic city centre with easy access to transport networks including the A1(M) air, sea and rail links. Free onsite parking is available for up to 200 cars or several coaches.

Group Accommodation (bedrooms for groups of 10 or more)

Ushaw College is one of County Durham's ‘destination locations' for visitors and tourists. The college has been awarded three-star English Tourist Board accreditation and acknowledgement of its perfect location for hosting tourism groups in this unique setting.

With 51 en suite and 77 standard bedrooms (many of which are twin or doubles) Ushaw College can accommodate any group size. From a tour of the College and grounds, high tea, lunch, to dinner, bed and breakfast, there are many options available to relax and refresh while learning about the history and heritage of this stunning seminary and conference centre.

In addition to these opportunities, groups can also choose to dine in the historical Professor's Parlour, which can seat between 40 and 55 diners.

Ushaw College welcomes group bookings from national and international visitors, and provides free coach parking and accommodation for coach drivers. Packed lunches can be prepared for groups wishing to make excursions to discover Durham during their stay.
